The Adventures of Cori and Mori🐻🐻

In a big wild forest, there lived two bears, Cori and Mori. They were the best of friends and wouldn’t go hunting without each other. One day, Cori fell sick and Mori was devastated. He couldn’t imagine going out on his own. "I can’t leave him behind," he thought. "But what if I carry him on my back and go hunting?" Mori stopped frowning. "How can I run with him on my back? That’s going to be impossible!"

Then Mori had another idea. "What if I build a raft, put him on it, and go fishing? But wait, what if a strong current sweeps us away?" Mori’s mind was spiraling into a frenzy of what-ifs and maybes.

Just as he was about to lose his mind, Cori, in his weakest voice, said, “Mori, go without me. I’ll be fine.”

"No way!" Mori immediately replied. "I’m not going anywhere without you, buddy!"

Cori, still weak but determined, sighed. "Mori, if you don’t go, we’re both going to starve. You need to go."

Reluctantly, Mori agreed. “Alright, alright, I’ll go, but what should I hunt? A fish? A mouse? A rabbit? A man?” Mori started overthinking, pacing around like a bear lost in his own backyard.

Hours passed and as the sun set, Mori trudged back to the cave, empty-pawed.

"Where’s the food?" Cori asked, his stomach growling.

Mori shrugged. "Well, I thought about it for hours, but I didn’t catch anything. I’m just not cut out for hunting."

Cori gave him a look. "You didn’t catch anything? Not even a bug?"

Mori sighed. "I tried, but nothing."

Cori rolled his eyes. "Tomorrow, you’re catching fish. No excuses."

The next day, Mori ventured to the river. He saw a few tiny fish swimming, some shrimp, and a tiny crab scuttling along. He stared at them, clueless. “What do I do with these?” he wondered. But by nightfall, once again, he had nothing.

Three days later, Cori was barely holding it together. He finally dragged himself out of the cave and ate some nearby fruit. Meanwhile, Mori was still wandering aimlessly, unsure how to catch anything.

But then one morning, Cori felt better. He stretched dramatically and said, “Alright, Mori, I’m back to normal. Let’s go hunt.”

Mori, practically tripping over himself, happily agreed. They set off together, and this time, Mori decided to stop overthinking. No more what-ifs. No more second-guessing. They found a good spot by the river and sure enough, Mori caught a fish!

“I DID IT!” Mori roared, bouncing around like a bear who’d just won a gold medal.

Cori, with his usual calm, nodded. “Good job, Mori. You’ve finally graduated from Bear Who Overthinks to Bear Who Catches Fish.”

From that day on, they hunted side by side, with Mori still occasionally overthinking things, but knowing that no matter what, they would always have each other and a good laugh along the way.
